One of the oldest real estate firms in the area, Ballard Realty & Investments was founded in 1967 by Virgil Ballard, a lifelong Nevadan. In 1987 Ballard saw the advantages of affiliation with a national real estate organization for both his clients and agents and purchased a Realty World franchise. At that time the company became REALTY WORLD - Ballard Company, Inc.
