JJ Ballard has set up a unique group of specialists
who work as a team to help you with your real estate needs. We focus
our energy on providing you with the highest possible level of personalized
service. What we have learned in this world of specialization is that
when agents try to be all things to all people, the clients do not get
the level of service they deserve. Our team is made up of nine professionals
who can provide you the individual care and customer service you deserve. Let us briefly familiarize you with our team and the important role they serve in a real estate transaction. JJ Ballard is our Leader and Negotiator. He follows all transactions from beginning to end, making sure everything runs smoothly. He stays in constant contact with the lenders, title company and other Real Estate Agents, making sure everyone is informed of what is happening, and that everything that needs to be done is done on time. When it comes time to make offers, or negotiate counter offers, JJ has 16 years of experience in getting his clients the best deal possible. Valerie Ballard is our Transaction Coordinators. They follow each and every transaction from inception to completion. They are highly skilled at every aspect of the transaction, and know which documents are needed, and when. Valerie and Cheryl also coordinate and follow through with your inspections so that everything is on time and ready for the closing of your new home. Deanne Dussault is our Client Care Specialist. She sets all appointments for our team members including meetings, showings, inspections, and signings. She coordinates so that someone is present at all inspections and the walk-through.
